Listen in as host Steve Kuker visits with Dane Johnson, owner of Home Care Assistance KC, about what makes Home Care Assistance KC different from other home care companies e.g. providing a dedicated care manager for each patient and family they care for.  Then, Steve provides a Consumer Alert regarding “free” referral services.  You will be very surprised when you learn exactly how these services actually work e.g. these services aren’t free at all… they receive thousands of dollars in kickbacks from the very places they recommend, a gross conflict of interest.
